One text, then it works.

Setup happens in the same thread you'll use every day after. About five minutes, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Connect securely

Your agent texts you a sign-in link for Google or Microsoft. Your password stays with them.

    work inbox connected
  2. 2

    Hear only what matters

The client email, the contract, the reply you were waiting on. Newsletters and noise stay in the inbox.

Walker sent the final contract draft.
Webinar: 5 pipeline trends  left in inbox
  3. 3

    Reply to resolve it

Say what you want in your own words. Your agent drafts it and sends only after you say so.

    Thu 2:00 on your calendar

Four things you stop doing.

The small chores that eat a selling day. Each one turns into a single text.

  • Opening four apps to find one email.
Found it. Marcus sent the signed SOW Tuesday at 4:12. Want it forwarded to legal? You asked: "where's the signed SOW from marcus"
  • Seven emails to land one meeting.
Jordan can do Thu 2:00 or Fri 9:30. You're open for both. Which one should I offer?Calendar checked before it asks
  • Copying a flight into your calendar by hand.
Got the itinerary you forwarded. AUS to ORD, Wed 7:05a, is on your calendar with a leave-for-the-airport reminder at 5:15.Forward anything to your agent's own address
  • Refreshing your inbox for the one reply that matters.
Sam replied on the Halden pilot. Short version: they're in, and want pricing by Monday.CC your agent on the thread you're waiting on

What your agent actually does.

The messages below are illustrations, written to match how the product behaves.

Watches every inbox, texts only when it counts

Work, personal, the side address you barely check. Your agent reads incoming mail across all of them and texts you about the few messages that need you. The rest waits in the inbox where it belongs.

Drafts replies for your OK

Every outbound email is shown to you first. Nothing leaves your account until you say send.

Draft to Jordan: "Thursday at 2 works. Sending an invite now." Send it?

Runs your calendar by text

Ask what's next, move a meeting, block time to prep. Plain words, no date pickers.

How sign-in and your data are handled

You connect through Google's or Microsoft's own sign-in, so we never see or store your password, and you can revoke access from your account settings at any time. Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and every connection uses TLS. Credentials never travel over text. The details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms.

A Tuesday with back-to-back calls.

Six customer calls between 8:30 and 5. The inbox doesn't get a real look until tonight, and that's usually where the deal-moving email is sitting.

Your agent gives it a look all day and only interrupts you when it should. You answer between calls, from the phone that's already in your hand.

No new system to manage. Just a few short texts at the right moments.

  1. Morning. Six calls today, first at 8:30. Two emails worth a look: Northwind's redlines, and Ana asking to move Friday's QBR.
  2. Between the 11:00 and the 12:00
move ana's qbr to friday 3Draft to Ana: "Friday at 3 works. Updated invite on its way." Send it?yes
  3. Sam replied on the Halden pilot thread you CC'd me on. They're in and want pricing by Monday.
  4. Last call wrapped
anything i missed today? Two things, neither urgent. Both can wait for morning.

What happens when you start.

  1. You enter your mobile number. Or text (737) 377-1927 from your phone. Either way, no app and no password.
  2. Your agent texts back and says hello.
  3. It sends a secure link to connect your inbox. One tap, and you never share your password. Gmail and Outlook both connect today.
  4. It asks which calendar to use. You pick it.
  5. You're live. It also texts you your agent's own email address, which looks like [email protected]. Save it as a contact and forward or CC anything to it.

Common questions

Do you see my email password?

No. You sign in through Google or Microsoft directly. We never see or store your password, and you can revoke access anytime from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Does it send emails without asking me?

No. Every outbound email is drafted and shown to you first. Nothing leaves your account without your OK.

Which email and calendars work?

Gmail and Outlook / Microsoft 365 for email. Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar for scheduling.

Is it secure? How do I know you're legit?

You sign in with Google or Microsoft directly, so we never see or store your password. Because textagent.io can read and send Gmail, Google required us to pass a CASA (Cloud Application Security Assessment) before granting access: an independent, third-party audit of how we handle your data. We pay for that audit and renew it every year. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Can I connect more than one inbox?

Yes. Connect one inbox or several, and your agent watches all of them.

Can the agent delete my email?

No. Your agent can't delete email. If you explicitly ask, it can move a message to your trash folder.

What is an AI agent, in plain English?
